Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our New Verticals team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our new brands and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Experience Creation: Lead the design and development of new brands from concept to execution, ensuring a cohesive and compelling user experience across all touchpoints.
- Market Exploration: Identify and explore new verticals and opportunities for TAM expansion, conducting market research and user analysis to inform design decisions.
- User-Centered Design: Employ user-centered design principles to create intuitive, engaging, and delightful product experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals and technical requirements.
- Prototyping and Testing: Develop high-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
- Design Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the design team.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design to ensure our products remain competitive and cutting-edge.
- Documentation and Communication: Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale through presentations, detailed documentation, and design reviews.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of designing successful products and brands.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Mastery of Figma, and fluency with other digital design and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, and front-end development technologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with e-commerce. Bonus if you have experience within subscriptions.
