About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at DataGuard. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing user experiences that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
  • Design and implement user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure design solutions meet business needs.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure solutions meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.
Requirements
  • Profound knowledge of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience design processes.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Fluent English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a growth-oriented or scale-up environment.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in information security.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
