Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team in the European Union. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in crafting engaging and impactful student experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, User Experience Research, Digital Education, and Engineering, to align design strategies with business goals and technical capabilities.
- Transform ideas into successful intuitive designs, infusing user experience in every detail, from concept to final design.
- Ensure aesthetic, layout, composition, and information architecture align with the overall Lingoda ecosystem.
- Contribute to the enhancement of design processes within the organization to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Use data and metrics to inform design decisions and measure the impact of design changes.
- Contribute to user stories and ensure that our engineering team has the appropriate designs, assets, and guidelines to successfully develop the designs.
- Support the creation of experiments, such as A/B tests or multivariate tests, to optimize our product.
- Identify new user needs and generate innovative ideas.
- Give and receive feedback in design critiques and product conversations.
- 5+ years of experience in design.
- Experience with industry-standard product design tools, such as Figma, Miro, Hotjar, and UserTesting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present your work and bring key stakeholders on board.
- The ability to conceptualize, work in low and high fidelity, deliver solid visual design, and communicate your work and rationale.
- Systems thinking and the ability to apply a design system and contribute to it by extrapolating patterns and behaviors from a specific instance to the larger experience and vice versa.
