HR Administration Specialist (m/w/d) – Einstiegsposition im Personalwesen

Für unseren Kunden, ein Discounter, suchen wir aktuell einen HR Administration Specialist (m/w/d) – Einstiegsposition im Personalwesen. Wichtige Infos vorab:
  • Unbefristeter Vertrag
  • Gehalt € bis € Jahresbrutto je nach Qualifikation
  • 30 Tage Urlaub, 2 Tage Homeoffice, 500 € Weihnachtsgeld
  • Enge Betreuung und Vorbereitung auf Ihre Gespräche durch ihre/n persönliche/n Ansprechpartner/in

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Bearbeitung der gesamten Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zusatzvereinbarungen, Zeugnissen, Bescheinigungen etc.
  • Dokumentenmanagement und Datenbankpflege im Ticketsystem
  • Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost
  • Unterstützung bei Sonderaufgaben und -projekten

Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und/oder bereits erste Erfahrung im HR
  • Routinierter Umgang mit den MS-Office-Produkten
  • Kenntnisse in SuccessFactors vorteilhaft
  • Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit Kommunikationsstärke
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
