About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our national and international long-distance transportation scheduling team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for achieving targets in scheduling part and full loads, as well as driving the further development and strategic orientation of our division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the national and international long-distance transportation scheduling team
  • Responsibility for achieving targets in the areas of scheduling part and full loads
  • Responsibility for the further development and strategic orientation of the division
  • Cooperation and constant communication with internal interfaces
  • Selection of suitable transport companies with regard to costs, quality, and sustainability
  • Creating and evaluating statistics and key figures

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in logistics and transportation, ideally with additional qualifications such as a business administrator. You should have extensive experience in operational scheduling and initial management experience, as well as good knowledge of controlling with key figures. Strong negotiating skills combined with a high level of cost awareness are essential, as well as a confident and motivating demeanor, a high level of communication skills, and a can-do mentality. Fluency in German and a good command of English are also required.
