As a Senior Production Planner, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our production organization.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

* Generate and orchestrate the drumbeat of various factories to ensure seamless production
* Manage delivery compliance of orders outsourced to key suppliers
* Collaborate with the engineering team to develop the serial aircraft
* Handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet engineering and production requirements
* Generate capacity plans to enable forward and backward planning
* Work with ERP and APS-Tools to ensure data integrity
* Develop and maintain a KPI set with the Head of Factory
* Evaluate production statistics and report major deviations

**Your Profile:**

* Completed degree in (industrial) engineering or equivalent field
* Min. 3 years of experience in production planning or similar field
* Expertise in scheduling, planning, and controlling of production processes
* Background in manufacturing, including dynamic planning and execution during prototyping and series ramp-up
* Experience with ERP tools (INFOR experience highly appreciated)
* Proven knowledge in project management
* Willingness to take ownership and transfer improvement ideas into reality
* Team player with analytic problem-solving skills and high customer focus
* Fluent English language skills
