We're seeking an experienced Senior Production Planner to join our dynamic team at designface GmbH, a leading recruitment company in the mobility industry.

About the Role

As a Senior Production Planner, you will play a critical role in the preparation, scheduling, and execution of production orders for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing the delivery compliance of orders outsourced to key suppliers, enabling the development of serial aircraft in close collaboration with the engineering team, and generating capacity plans to ensure forward and backward planning.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and orchestrate the drumbeat of various factories to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Manage the delivery compliance of orders outsourced to key suppliers to maintain high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop serial aircraft and ensure seamless production processes
  • Generate capacity plans to enable forward and backward planning and ensure efficient production processes
  • Work with ERP and APS-Tools to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain a KPI set with the Head of Factory to track process, product, and operation performance
  • Evaluate production statistics and report major deviations to ensure timely corrective action
Your Profile
  • Completed degree in (industrial) engineering or equivalent field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or similar field
  • Expertise in scheduling, planning, and controlling of production processes
  • Background in manufacturing, including dynamic planning and execution during prototyping and series ramp-up
  • Experience with ERP tools, preferably INFOR
  • Proven knowledge in project management
  • Willingness to take ownership and transfer improvement ideas into reality
  • Team player with analytical problem-solving skills and high customer focus
  • Fluent English language skills
