IT Infrastructure Specialist

In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Gewährleistung des reibungslosen Betriebs unserer Managed-Services bei mittelständischen Unternehmen. Du fungierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner im Bereich der Sicherheitsoperationen und bearbeitest 3rd Level-Tickets unter Berücksichtigung der vereinbarten Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs).
Zusätzlich führst du geplante Änderungen in unseren Managed-Services durch, um die Effizienz und Sicherheit der IT-Infrastruktur zu optimieren.
Dein ProfilDu bringst bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung im 2nd und 3rd Level-Support von IT-Infrastrukturen mit. Deine Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere in M365 und Azure Cloud, sind fundiert, und du bist bestrebt, dein Wissen kontinuierlich zu erweitern. Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen mit Technologien wie Deep Instinct, Barracuda Firewalls und Exchange Online gesammelt.
Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich. Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und selbstständig, und du zeichnest dich durch eine empathische sowie transparente Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe aus.
