Für unsere Abteilung IT Supply Chain Management suchen wir einen engagierten und qualifizierten
1st & 2nd Level IT-Spezialisten (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Behebung von Störungen im Bereich Software und Hardware (Drucker, Laptops, Terminals, etc.) in unserem User Helpdesk
- Erweiterung und Überwachung der technischen Infrastruktur sowie Unterstützung der System- und Anwenderbetreuung
- Technischer Support für das Transport- und Warehousemanagementsystem
- Entgegennahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Störungsmeldungen und Fehleranalysen
- Wartung und Betreuung der gesamten Netzwerkinfrastruktur, einschließlich WLAN
- Verwaltung aller Benutzer in den firmeneigenen Anwendungen
- Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen der zentralen IT und den Anwendern vor Ort sowie Unterstützung bei Anwendungen und Benutzeranfragen
- Mitwirkung an der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Umschulung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung und fundierte Fachkenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (LAN/VLAN/WLAN)
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft MS-Office (O365) ist zwingend erforderlich
- Praktische Erfahrung im Support von Warehouse-Management-Systemen ist wünschenswert
- Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Arbeitszeitgestaltung in Früh- und Spätschichten sowie Rufbereitschaft
