Commodity Manager for Procurement and Supply Chain

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Commodity Manager to join our team at OSB AG. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for the execution of procurement activities, tendering, and supplier selection.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the optimal supply of raw materials
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop new product development projects
- Manage the procurement process from sourcing to contract award
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across all areas
- Work closely with the procurement team to develop and implement procurement policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Excellent communication and team skills, with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a focus on aerospace systems
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent negotiation skills
