About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Headhunting for the Best GmbH. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the successful development and launch of new products, as well as the ongoing management of our existing product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and research and development, to ensure product alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation
  • Manage product life cycles, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other external partners
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the beauty and cosmetics industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
