Job Title: Expert Process Management

MediaMarktSaturn Global Business Services is seeking a highly skilled Expert Process Management professional to join our team in Ingolstadt. As a key member of our Process Management department, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvement and standardization across our Shared Service Centers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the standardization of accounting processes in our Shared Service Centers, challenging the status quo and driving process improvements.
  • Review and evaluate AR processes in countries to ensure compatibility with our Global Business Services (GBS) transition.
  • Develop and implement target processes, supervising the conceptual implementation and ensuring a successful go-live.
  • Analyze the impact of new business models on Accounts Receivable processes and coordinate their implementation.
  • Maintain and update the Accounts Receivable Process Map, aligning with other Process Owner Teams.
  • Ensure complete documentation of 'as is' and 'to be' processes in flowcharts, adhering to our governance principles.
Your Profile:
  • You have a degree in economic studies or a comparable apprenticeship and several years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally in Accounts Receivable.
  • You have practical experience in process optimization in an international context.
  • You have taken on responsibility in project work, demonstrating a structured and analytical approach.
  • You have a strong affinity for accounting and IT, with a good understanding of accounting and system-related contexts.
  • Your excellent communication skills enable you to find common solutions with colleagues from different departments.
  • You are a team player, characterized by your pragmatic approach to tasks and a 'do-it' mentality.
  • You have a very good command of German and English.
