Your Responsibilities

- As a Senior Consultant (w/m/d) in Asset Management, you will advise our clients on shaping their future business models and implementing innovative strategies.
- You will develop initiatives aimed at realigning, focusing, and digitizing business models while enhancing profitability and reducing costs to ensure sustainable growth.
- Your role will involve on-site engagement with clients, where you and your motivated team will tackle exciting challenges in process optimization, operational excellence, sustainability, digitalization, and strategic consulting.
- You may take on team leadership responsibilities, conducting client meetings where you will present the outcomes of your work.
- Supporting the business and thematic development at KPMG related to our Future of Asset Management narrative will also be part of your role.
- To become a Senior Consultant in Asset Management (w/m/d) with us, you should hold a degree in business administration or a related field.
- You should have gained operational experience or relevant project experience in the asset management industry, particularly in process optimization, digitalization/automation, and the implementation of regulatory projects, such as those related to sustainability.
- Familiarity with traditional or agile project methodologies (e.g., SCRUM or KANBAN) is essential.
- A genuine interest in asset management, along with knowledge of the value chain and regulatory requirements for asset managers, is crucial.
- Your motivation, eloquence, consulting mindset, and creativity will complete your profile.
