Key Responsibilities:
- As a Business Analyst, you will concentrate on the digital transformation and technological advancements in sales, specifically focusing on defining and articulating business and sales requirements for our IT systems related to sales channels.
- Engage as a Business Analyst for front-end applications with an emphasis on Motor in agile initiatives.
- Lead targeted projects and strategic initiatives, contributing significantly to the guidance of sales channels.
- Facilitate the coordination and integration of all requirements for sales IT systems.
- Work collaboratively with various units and stakeholders, including IT, sales qualification, sales strategy, data protection, and other departments within the Private and Commercial Customers division.
Your Profile:
If you possess strong analytical and strategic capabilities, coupled with a proactive and assertive approach, we would like to hear from you. The following qualifications are preferred:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field; alternatively, a completed commercial education or certification as an Insurance Specialist.
- Familiarity with business requirements management and the application landscape of Zurich Gruppe Deutschland is beneficial, along with experience in agile project management.
- Extensive experience bridging the gap between sales and IT, along with knowledge of Zurich's offer systems.
- Exceptional skills in moderation, presentation, and communication, as well as strong conceptual abilities.
- A customer-centric and results-driven mindset, complemented by analytical thinking and a confident demeanor.
- Proficiency in German and good command of English will enhance your profile.
