Your Responsibilities
- As a key member of our team, you will oversee global infrastructure services, which include planning, design, installation, and administration.
- You will ensure optimal service delivery for comprehensive services encompassing network infrastructure, storage solutions, servers, virtual machines, and interfaces.
- Your role will involve providing 2nd and 3rd Level Support within infrastructure services while also supporting the IT architecture.
- Experience with O365/M365 and (Azure) Cloud services is essential for this position.
- Documentation is a critical aspect of your responsibilities, adhering to ITIL and PRINCE2 standards.
- You will actively promote information sharing across departments to enhance support for internal customers and encourage teamwork within the IT division.
- If your expertise leans more towards Network Infrastructure Administration, we have additional opportunities available.
Your Qualifications
- Proficient in operating MS Windows Server and LINUX Server environments.
- Experience with Virtualization Technologies such as VMWare and MS Hyper-V, along with Enterprise Storage Systems based on SAN iSCSI.
- Strong skills in IT Automation, Scripting (e.g., Ansible), and system monitoring tools (e.g., CheckMK).
- You effectively apply your analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication, with additional proficiency in German being advantageous.
- Familiarity with security concepts and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.
