Cloud-Based CRM Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM software developer to join our team at Cluster Dynamics Reply. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based CRM solutions using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plugin Development: Develop plugins for Dynamics 365 and Power Apps using C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PowerShell scripts.
  • Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with technical team members to design and develop solutions for national and international customers.
  • Interface Design and Development: Design and develop interfaces and custom connectors for CRM solutions.
  • Deployment and Maintenance: Ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of CRM solutions, including on-premises and cloud-based environments.
  • Infrastructure and Data Management: Ensure the infrastructure and data management of CRM solutions are properly configured and maintained.
  • Power Platform Development: Develop solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform for national and international customers.
  • Architecture Workshops and Consulting: Conduct architecture workshops and provide consulting services on the best use of technology for CRM solutions.
  • Remote and On-Site Work: Work from our European offices or remotely from within the EU.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, including relational databases and cloud-based application development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Visual Studio, C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics 365.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken.
