About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch). As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for building and maintaining technical relationships with our customers, providing guidance and recommendations on cloud-based solutions to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall technical relationship between AWS and our customers, providing expert advice on cloud architecture, security, cost optimization, and performance.
  • Develop and implement cloud-native reference architectures for various use cases, leveraging AWS services and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cloud-based solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Participate in the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content, and new reference architectures to educate and evangelize AWS services.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and global services teams to drive revenue growth and adoption of AWS services.
Requirements
  • Experience in cloud computing, software development, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data analytics.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, or consulting on cloud-based solutions.
  • Fluent in German language.
  • Experience working with AWS technologies and services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
  • Experience with cloud security, compliance, and governance.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based DevOps practices and tools.
