We are seeking a highly motivated and international team member to join our boutique pharma consulting company, Chameleon Pharma Consulting, as an International Project Manager in Business Consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in international business development projects as a project coordinator
  • Coordinate and plan projects, including organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, and tracking tasks
  • Support management in planning and participating in international business meetings
  • Conduct market, product, and competitor analysis for clients
  • Execute marketing initiatives, such as content creation for the company website, social media management, and website performance analysis
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a mandatory internship (min. 20 weeks), interested in Consulting, Business Development, International Project Coordination, Marketing, and Pharma Industry
  • BBA or MBA is a plus
  • International work experience, intercultural competence, and language skills: proficiency in English is mandatory (equivalent to C1), knowledge of German and other languages is an advantage
  • Research and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Willingness to work with real project responsibilities and deadlines
  • Readiness to work independently and proactively
  • Your personality is more important than your professional experience
