We are seeking a highly motivated and international team member to join our boutique pharma consulting company, Chameleon Pharma Consulting, as an International Project Manager in Business Consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating international business development projects, including organizing meetings and maintaining project documentation.
  • Support the management in planning and participating in international business meetings.
  • Conduct market, product, and competitor analysis for our clients.
  • Execute marketing initiatives, such as content creation for the company website and social media management.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor/Master's degree with a mandatory internship (min. 20 weeks), interested in Consulting, Business Development, International Project Coordination, Marketing, and the Pharma Industry.
  • BBA or MBA is a plus.
  • International work experience, intercultural competence, and language skills: proficiency in English is mandatory (equivalent to C1), knowledge of German and other languages is an advantage.
  • Research and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Willingness to work with real project responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Readiness to work independently and proactively.
