Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team at Thales in Kiel, Germany. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and integration of complex systems, including communication and navigation systems for ships and submarines.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to requirements analysis and solution concept development for one of Europe's biggest defense projects (F126)
- Develop specifications for systems/subsystems and support their integration, error analysis, and troubleshooting
- Create system models (MBSE), technical agreements (TA), and interface documents (ICD) in projects and coordinate with interface partners
- Support bid preparation, architecture, and design of new systems/products
- Schedule, control, and monitor subcontractor deliveries and services
- Develop system engineering documentation according to the development process
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science/Engineering or comparable
- Mastery of systems engineering procedures and methods, including V-Model/DDQS
- Good knowledge of DOORS/Requirements Engineering and requirement allocation/review
- Basic knowledge of the naval environment or F126 InfoÜSys subsystems is a plus
- Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
