Customer Success Manager DACH

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients, delivering tailored solutions to help them achieve their e-commerce goals and KPIs.
Your Profile- 3+ years of experience in customer success, sales-driven roles, ideally within enterprise environments.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Resilient and experienced in managing enterprise-level customers and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and risks.
- Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of e-commerce and the ability to set strategic priorities.
- A collaborative team player known for empathy, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and professionally polished in all interactions.
- Fluent in both English and German.
