Key Responsibilities- Sales Document Preparation
- Prepare drafts of sales documents, such as Letters of Authorization, Declarations, and Contracts.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely submission of documents.
- Product Shipment Coordination
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Prepare shipping documents, including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Warranty Certificates.
- Coordinate with the shipping company to ensure timely and proper delivery of products.
- Exhibition Support
- Participate in international exhibitions in Germany and abroad.
- Support the sales team in promoting our products and company.
- English Proficiency
- German or Korean Proficiency
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum One Year of Work Experience in a Related Field
