About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at ITL Germany. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and ensuring the quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build, and implementation of work products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in requirements elicitation and analysis of architecture
  • Create and review design and contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing analysis, and solutioning
  • Act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive convergence and resolve conflict areas
  • Anticipate customer needs and analyze and improve systems, processes, and services
Requirements
  • German proficiency level of C1/C2 (Minimum)
  • Ability to speak in English
  • Knowledge of multiple SDLC models
  • Knowledge of relevant quality and process frameworks like CMMi, ITIL
  • Knowledge of estimation methodologies to plan and meet project goals
  • Knowledge of different models of maintenance and support, knowledge of SLA frameworks and transition process
  • Knowledge of change control process and tools including traceability matrix to manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Experience in J2EE, Spring, Springboot, Restful Webservices
  • Strong knowledge of web services, Microservices, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns
  • Experience with Restful API, Hibernate, Spring JPA, XML, XSD, and WSDL
  • Experience with Oracle Database

  • PMP certifications
  • Oracle and Java Certification
