Project Operations Manager at ITL Germany

In the role of Project Operations Manager at ITL Germany, you will take charge of orchestrating, ensuring excellence and punctuality of tasks associated with the conception, development, and execution of deliverables. You will be instrumental in gathering requirements, conducting architectural assessments, designing and estimating projects, analyzing staffing needs, and planning for potential risks. Furthermore, you will guide and assist the project team in achieving superior outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison for stakeholder and relationship management
  • Monitor and evaluate progress across various work streams to ensure compliance with timelines
  • Oversee the management of projects throughout their entire life cycle
  • Administer project budgets, risks, and challenges
  • Establish project governance and control measures
  • Leverage expertise in software development life cycle (SDLC) models, quality assurance frameworks, estimation techniques, and maintenance & support strategies
  • Facilitate collaboration among teams and proactively address conflicts

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English
  • Previous experience with Oracle, Java, J2EE, Spring, Springboot, and Restful Webservices
  • Familiarity with quality and process frameworks such as CMMi and ITIL
  • Experience in overseeing change control processes and tools
  • PMP and Oracle/Java certifications are advantageous
