About the Role

As a Lead Marketing Strategist for Airlines at Lilium, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Business Development to develop and execute global marketing initiatives and sales strategies. Your insights and strategic guidance will be crucial in supporting the business to meet its commercial goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in product development and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis and develop customer segmentations.
  • Support the Business Development team in executing marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and growth drivers to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of commercial projects.
  • Serve as the commercial product and market expert within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Experience in market intelligence and marketing strategy, ideally within the airline or aviation sector.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in English.
