PreMaster Program: Thermal Management Expert

Bosch is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PreMaster to join our project purchasing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of thermal management.
Key Responsibilities- Support product lifecycle management, from market launch to ramp-down, and contribute to platform and related applications.
- Implement cost optimization strategies, challenge engineering designs, and perform international cost comparisons and material cost analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet global customer needs.
- Manage supplier relationships and supply chain setups, and execute projects with agility, creativity, and strategic vision.
- Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable, with above-average results and a firm intention to take up a Master's course thereafter.
- Desirable background in project purchasing, supply chain management, engineering, product management, or cost modeling skills, with technical understanding, data analysis, and financial focus.
- Dedicated, innovative thinker who excels under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
- Hybrid work arrangement, meeting in the office two to three times a week.
- Very good in German and English, both written and spoken.
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. The program offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts, followed by a Master's course and further practical experience in the context of student employment and personal mentoring.
