PreMaster Program: Shaping the Future of Thermal Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PreMaster to join our team in project purchasing and thermal management. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Product Lifecycle Management: Support the management of product lifecycle, from market launch to ramp-down, and contribute to platform and related applications.
- Cost Optimization: Implement cost optimization strategies, challenge engineering designs, and perform international cost comparisons and material cost analysis.
- Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet global customer needs and manage supplier relationships, supply chain setups, and execute projects with agility, creativity, and strategic vision.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field, with above-average results and a firm intention to pursue a Master's course.
- Experience and Knowledge: Desirable background in project purchasing, supply chain management, engineering, product management, or cost modeling skills, with technical understanding, analytical, and financial skills.
- Personality and Working Practice: Dedicated, innovative thinker who excels under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working independently and in a team, with exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
- Work Routine: Ability to work hybrid, with regular office meetings.
- Languages: Very good in German and English, both written and spoken.
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. The program offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts, followed by a Master's course and further practical experience in the context of student employment, with personal mentoring.
