- Education: University degree (Bachelor's) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable field with above-average results.
- Background: Desirable background in project purchasing, supply chain management, engineering, product management, or cost modeling skills.
- Technical Skills: Technical understanding, analytical skills, and ability to interpret data with a financial focus.
- Personal Qualities: Dedicated, innovative thinker who excels under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
- Work Arrangement: Ability to work hybrid with a mix of office and remote work.

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree.
- Program Structure: First phase: up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts.
- Program Benefits: Second phase: Master's course with further practical experience in the context of student employment and personal mentoring.
