HR Development Expert Locations: Vaihingen/Enz Full-time Permanent

We are in search of an HR Development Expert who is innovative, proactive, and eager to challenge conventional approaches. Key Responsibilities
  • Independently strategize, oversee, and implement key HR development initiatives
  • Create and deploy HR tools and methodologies, including assessment procedures
  • Design and facilitate internal training sessions, as well as select and manage external partners
  • Provide guidance and support to management on all HR-related issues, oversee competency enhancement
  • Assess, analyze, and communicate employee engagement and satisfaction
    Introduce and apply new trends, techniques, and innovations in HR development
  • Organize, manage, and ensure the effective execution of HR initiatives
  • Contribute to or lead various HR projects
  • Facilitate and enhance relevant HR processes
Qualifications
  • Degree in Social Sciences or Humanities
  • Significant experience in both strategic and operational HR development, including design, execution, and management
  • Familiarity with change management processes and personality assessments is advantageous
  • Knowledge of contemporary methods and technologies
  • Strong educational skills, organizational abilities, and process-oriented mindset
  • Open-minded, inquisitive, communicative, creative, and innovative
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% (Germany/UK)
  • Proficient in German and possess good to excellent English language skills
