In this position, you will become an integral part of our vibrant Customer Service team, dedicated to assisting our clients through phone and email with a friendly demeanor.

  • Being accessible to customers through phone, email, or chat.

You will be an ideal candidate for our organization if you:

  • Are transitioning careers or possess experience in customer service.
  • Are open to working part-time during service hours.
  • Can be present in the office at least two days a week.
  • Enjoy teamwork and assisting others.
  • Have strong German language skills, with good English proficiency being a plus.
