• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers feel welcome and valued
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
• Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales initiatives to provide informed and helpful service to customers

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
