Position: Customer Care Specialist at Swiss Sense

In this position, you will be an integral part of our vibrant Customer Care team, providing assistance to our clients through phone and email with a friendly demeanor.

  • Engaging in customer consultations and addressing product inquiries.
  • Serving as the liaison between customers and various departments.
  • Delivering information regarding delivery timelines and product specifications.

  • Being accessible to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Excelling in a collaborative team environment.

You will be an ideal candidate for our team if you:

  • Are transitioning careers or possess experience in customer service.
  • Can accommodate part-time work within our service hours.
  • Are available to work from our office at least two days a week.
  • Enjoy teamwork and assisting others.
  • Have strong German language skills, with good English proficiency being a plus.
