Omnichannel Supply Chain Manager

The Global Commercial Partnerships & Omnichannel Activation Team plays a pivotal role in Adform's expansion and evolution, aligning with client requirements while collaborating with regional teams to drive revenue and facilitate additional spending through two primary focus areas:

  • Innovative Supply and Data Development: Cultivating unique supply and data channels, particularly focusing on broadcasters, to maintain a competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving market. This initiative aims to strengthen Adform's market position by fostering relationships both externally and internally, ensuring we have the right partners to execute effective go-to-market strategies that surpass revenue targets.
  • Omnichannel Commercial Initiatives: Formulating comprehensive omnichannel activation strategies with clear objectives and demand plans to enhance supply sources and implement effective demand strategies that can be successfully scaled within your designated region, achieving and exceeding the Omnichannel MWB.

This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Advanced TV and Omnichannel, necessitating close collaboration with key stakeholders across regions, product lines, partnerships, and marketing efforts.

As an outward-facing representative for Adform in all matters related to omnichannel, you will significantly influence the company's market perception.

We expect you to possess expertise in your business sector, coupled with strong account management and sales skills to enhance value and strategize for future business sustainability.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Advanced TV – Supply and Activation:
    • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Advanced TV & Omnichannel Activation to identify broadcasters for certification/integration to secure premium inventory.
    • Manage and nurture broadcaster relationships at a regional level, working alongside Adform publisher leads as necessary.
    • Partner with the Inventory Partner Lead to identify optimal SSPs and supply partner routes.
    • Engage with Senior Directors & Partner Leads to initiate internal processes for identifying suitable 'innovation' partners, such as targeting, data, or measurement vendors, to enhance omnichannel revenue.
  2. Omnichannel - Activation (All Channels):
    • Work with the Senior Director and regional teams to pinpoint clients and develop a demand pipeline for omnichannel activation across all channels, driving incremental video spending.
    • Maintain a comprehensive pipeline and stay informed about omnichannel opportunities in each region/country, updated through regular meetings or sales reports with regional teams.
    • Conduct monthly omnichannel sessions with country/regional teams to assess opportunities.
    • Collaborate with regional teams to support clients and new business initiatives by participating in meetings and contributing to RFPs to boost revenue.
    • Coordinate with partner vertical leads to understand GTM partner initiatives relevant to the region and establish relationships.
    • Identify and activate key partners across data and measurement to drive omnichannel revenue, leveraging both external partners and Adform solutions.
    • Spot channels for revenue growth and demonstrate how revenue can be generated (e.g., DOOH or In-GAME) through quarterly planning.
    • Provide essential support to sales teams and clients to enhance omnichannel revenue through education, meetings, collateral, advice, and proactive initiatives.
    • Regularly present success stories within the region or during Acceleration sessions to foster revenue momentum.
    • Share knowledge and insights across the team and region to train and upskill, particularly regarding emerging opportunities.

We Expect You To Have:

  • A strong desire to grow and adapt as the market evolves.
  • Proven account management and commercial experience in an online technology company, with a minimum of 8 years' experience.
  • A track record of managing accounts and GTM initiatives to achieve results through collaboration.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
  • Industry expertise in ad tech and related technologies, with in-depth knowledge in your selected area.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills complemented by business acumen.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
