The Global Commercial Partnerships & Omnichannel Activation Team plays a pivotal role in Adform's expansion and innovation, addressing client needs while collaborating with regional teams to drive revenue growth and facilitate increased spending through two primary focus areas:
- Development of Unique Supply and Data Sources: Concentrating on broadcasters to maintain a competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving market. This initiative aims to bridge the gap with competitors by fostering strong external and internal relationships, ensuring the right partnerships are in place to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Creation of Omnichannel Commercial Initiatives: Designing clear activation plans and demand strategies to enhance supply sources and align demand strategies, which must be effectively scaled within your region to achieve and surpass the Omnichannel MWB.
This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Advanced TV and Omnichannel, necessitating close collaboration with key stakeholders across regions, product lines, partnerships, and marketing.
As an outward-facing ambassador for Adform, you will shape market perceptions regarding our omnichannel capabilities.
We expect you to be an expert in your business vertical, possessing strong account management and sales skills to enhance value and explore future-proofing strategies for the business.
Your Responsibilities:
- Advanced TV – Supply and Activation:
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Advanced TV & Omnichannel Activation to identify broadcasters for certification and integration to secure premium inventory.
- Manage broadcaster relationships at a regional level, coordinating with Adform publisher leads as necessary.
- Partner with the Inventory Partner Lead to determine optimal SSPs and routes with supply partners.
- Work alongside Senior Directors and Partner Leads to initiate internal processes for identifying suitable 'innovation' partners, such as targeting, data, or measurement vendors, to enhance omnichannel revenue.
- Omnichannel - Activation (All Channels):
- Engage with the Senior Director and regional teams to identify clients and develop a demand pipeline for omnichannel activation across all channels, driving incremental spending on video.
- Maintain a comprehensive pipeline and understand omnichannel opportunities for each region/country, updated through regular meetings or sales reports with regional teams.
- Organize monthly omnichannel sessions with country/regional teams to assess opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional teams to support clients and new business initiatives by participating in meetings and contributing to RFPs to boost revenue.
- Work with partner vertical leads to comprehend GTM partner initiatives relevant to activation in the region and build relationships.
- Identify and activate key partners across data and measurement to drive omnichannel revenue, utilizing both external data/measurement partners and Adform solutions.
- Spot channels for revenue growth and demonstrate how revenue can be generated (e.g., DOOH or In-GAME) through quarterly planning.
- Provide necessary support to sales teams and clients to enhance omnichannel revenue, including education, meetings, collateral, advice, and proactive initiatives.
- Regularly present success stories within the region or during Acceleration sessions to foster revenue momentum.
- Share knowledge and insights across the team and region to train and upskill, particularly regarding emerging opportunities.
We Expect You to Have:
- A strong desire to grow and learn as the market evolves.
- Proven account management and commercial experience in an online tech company, with at least 8 years of experience.
- A track record of managing accounts and GTM initiatives to achieve results through collaboration.
- Experience working in a matrix environment, effectively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
- Industry expertise in ad tech and technologies, with in-depth knowledge in your selected area.
- Strong analytical and technical skills complemented by business acumen.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
