Global Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless flow of goods from raw materials to finished products, optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs throughout the supply chain.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global supply chain strategies aligned with Intersnack's business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including ERP systems.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 4 days per week).
