Position: Assistant for Finance and Controlling

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports for various business entities.
  • Manage ongoing bookkeeping and monthly financial closures in accordance with HGB standards.
  • Address specialized topics including sustainability reporting and consolidated financial statements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in accounting and financial report preparation is essential.
  • Knowledge of Datev software, particularly Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
