Banking Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Banking Assistant to join our team at Förde Sparkasse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services.

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage customer relationships, building strong relationships with our clients and identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Process customer transactions, including account openings, closings, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.

• Relevant education and training in banking or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
