Position Overview

As a HiL-Test Engineer specializing in Battery Management Systems, you will play a crucial role in the testing and enhancement of battery technologies for electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct testing and optimization of batteries and their management systems for electric drives.
  • Develop test cases based on specified requirements.
  • Create automated test scenarios to streamline the testing process.
  • Set up and execute Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) tests to validate system performance.
  • Develop Restbus-Simulation utilizing CANoe for comprehensive testing.
  • Analyze and validate test outcomes, implementing measures to uphold quality standards.
  • Document test results thoroughly for future reference.
  • Collaborate across disciplines with software developers and technical teams.
Qualifications
  • Completed technical degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation and HiL testing.
  • At least 3 years of experience specifically in battery management systems (BMS) is essential.
  • Proficient in using CANoe and dSPACE tools.
  • Experience in establishing HiL test setups is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Python programming language is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of German being a plus.
