Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Battery Management Systems Test Engineer to join our team at Bertrandt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing and optimizing batteries and battery management systems for electric drives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Development: Develop test cases from requirements and create automated test cases to ensure the quality of our battery management systems.
  • HiL Testing: Set up and carry out Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) tests to validate the performance of our battery management systems.
  • Simulation and Analysis: Create Restbus-Simulation with CANoe and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation: Document test results and collaborate with software developers and technical departments to ensure seamless integration.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completed technical studies in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in test automation and HiL tests, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in battery management systems.
  • Skills: Good practice in working with CANoe and dSPACE, experience in setting up HiL test benches, and fluency in written and spoken English.
