(Senior) Account Manager Search/Paid Social (m/w/d)
This is a full-time role based in Augsburg or Munich.

Your Responsibilities at dentsu:
- Thorough management of both national and international Paid Search and/or Paid Social campaigns from initial concept through to performance evaluation.
- Collaboration with external partners such as Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, and Amazon, as well as internal agencies within the Dentsu Networks.
- Preparation and delivery of client presentations.
- Conducting analyses and audits of accounts to improve performance metrics.
- Regular tracking of key performance indicators and budget management.
- Independent oversight of campaigns and identification of new growth opportunities through market and competitive analysis.
Your Qualifications for dentsu:
- Significant experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, or Retail Media/E-Commerce, either on the client or agency side.
- Previous managerial experience in Online Marketing, Performance Marketing, Search Advertising, Display Advertising, or Digital Marketing.
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Media Studies, or a related field with a focus on marketing or media.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a proficiency with numbers.
- Proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic about contributing to team success.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
