About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Manager to join our team at dentsu. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing our Paid Social and YouTube campaigns, analyzing results, and developing innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Paid Social and YouTube campaign strategies to drive business growth and improve campaign performance
  • Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven insights to inform future campaign decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement campaign optimization strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Paid Social and YouTube marketing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Programmatic (Doubleclick) and/or Paid Social (META) on client or agency side
  • Experience in Social or Programmatic and methodologies of prognosis, optimization, and implementation
  • Strong understanding of data and ability to analyze results to drive business outcomes
  • Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the table
  • Fluent German and English language skills
