About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Xentral ERP Software GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Digital Channels: Develop and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine advertising (SEA) and social media advertising.
  • SEA Strategy: Monitor and improve the performance of our SEA account, including adjusting bidding strategies, restructuring ad groups, and identifying new growth levers.
  • Paid Social: Evaluate and optimize our paid social media campaigns, including defining campaign objectives, targeting, and content strategies.
  • Retargeting Strategy: Develop and implement a retargeting strategy to engage with leads who have not converted.
  • SEO Strategy: Define and implement an SEO strategy to improve our website's visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Other Demand Gen Channels: Support the leadership team in identifying and testing new demand generation channels.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Deep knowledge of SEA and SEO, including operational level expertise.
  • Highly quantitative and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Hands-on mentality, with the ability to think strategically and implement plans directly.
