Job Description

Wir suchen eine erfahrene und motivierte Therapy Department Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Standorte in Wuppertal-Barmen und Wuppertal-Elberfeld.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Leitung aller Therapiebereiche in der Physiotherapie, Ergotherapie, Logopädie, Neuropsychologie, physikalischen Therapie und medizinischen Trainingstherapie
  • Sicherstellung qualitativer Therapien stationärer, teilstationärer und ambulanter Patienten
  • Strukturelle und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung im Bereich des therapeutischen Spektrums
  • Personalführung, Personalplanung und operative und strategische Personalentwicklung
  • Begleitung von Zertifizierungen und Audits
  • Planung und Koordination aller Betriebsabläufe den Standort betreffend
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossene, therapeutische Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Praktische und mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung
  • Freude und Spaß an der aktiven Mitgestaltung beim Ausbau und Optimierung unseres Unternehmens
  • Konzeptionelle und strategische Kompetenz sowie Erfahrungen in der Erarbeitung, Erstellung und Umsetzung von innovativen Behandlungskonzepten
  • Hohe soziale und persönliche Kompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
