Work Location Flexibility – This role allows for mobile work arrangements (within Germany) up to 60% of your working hours, subject to manager approval.
Position Details:
- As the Senior Strategy Manager for CT, you will spearhead and oversee strategic projects and initiatives.
- You will collaborate with the CT head of strategy and the strategy community within the Business Area Diagnostic Imaging (DI) to define and communicate the CT vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Your role will involve structuring and facilitating management decision meetings, including weekly team meetings, monthly strategy workshops, and annual offsite gatherings.
- You will maintain transparency in decision-making and objectives through detailed meeting minutes and dashboards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A university degree in a technical, scientific, medical, or business discipline is required.
- You bring extensive professional experience in areas such as process or project management, consulting, product and portfolio management, business administration, or strategy development.
- Your expertise includes designing and conducting workshops, utilizing a variety of instructional methods.
- You possess a strong ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- You are proficient in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations suitable for management-level discussions.

- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, along with a strong command of English, enable you to engage effectively across diverse business functions and cultures in an international setting.
- You excel at synthesizing various perspectives, facilitating consensus, and driving decision-making.
