Key Responsibilities
As a trusted advisor, your primary goal will be to facilitate the adoption of our client's solutions among customers. Understanding customer needs and demonstrating how the products can address those needs will be essential for success in this role.
Your daily tasks may include:
- Collecting technical requirements from clients
- Advising on how the product portfolio can meet client needs
- Documenting requirements related to solution and application architecture
- Creating proof of concepts
- Collaborating with internal teams to prepare customer proposals
- Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions
- Gathering and relaying customer feedback
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in technical sales, particularly with complex solutions. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical device sectors will be advantageous.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who:
- Has a solid understanding of track and trace or automation technologies
- Can effectively translate customer requirements into viable solutions
- Possesses a strong technical background
- Is comfortable engaging with clients at various seniority levels
- Can cultivate long-lasting relationships
- Is proficient in both English and German
- Is willing to travel as necessary
