We have been active in the fields of bathrooms, sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology as well as roofing and glazing work for our predominantly private, but also commercial and municipal customers for many years.

Customer Service Manager (Building Technology) (m/w/d)

We are looking for a professional who will take on the operational responsibility for customer service in the SHK sector and be the point of contact for all questions regarding technical support.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the strategic orientation of the customer service and its continuous development.
  • You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of your team.
  • You will be responsible for the identification and resolution of technical issues.
  • You will be responsible for the development of your team members through targeted coaching and regular feedback discussions.

Profile

  • You have at least a completed training as a SHK technician or are otherwise qualified and have experience in customer service (service, maintenance, repair).
  • You have ideally gained knowledge of cross-trade skills in the field of technical building equipment.
  • You enjoy getting an overview of the technical conditions on site and identifying and resolving errors using your knowledge of the functional principles of systems.
  • You have a high level of engagement, loyalty and team spirit as well as a basic understanding of the functional principles of building technology systems.
  • You enjoy ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality with high standards.
  • You have a cooperative leadership style and well-developed communication and moderation skills in combination with a high quality awareness.
  • The driving license, at least class B (or previously class 3) is a prerequisite for your mobility.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
