Senior Project Manager HVAC Large Scale Projects

Are you an accomplished project manager? Do you seek the responsibility of overseeing prestigious and technically complex large-scale projects?

In the role of Senior Project Manager HVAC Large Scale Projects, you will take charge of the comprehensive management of one of our significant projects (exceeding 50 million EUR) and lead a team of project managers and specialized construction managers on-site.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and ensuring the construction processes while managing construction managers and specialized construction managers
  • Facilitating construction meetings with client representatives
  • Collaborating closely with our project manager and sub-project managers
  • Ensuring adherence to safety regulations
  • Managing budget for material usage and cost control on-site
  • Guaranteeing that project timelines are adhered to

Your qualifications:

  • Technical degree or equivalent credentials
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects in HVAC, plant construction, or energy production
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations
  • Experience in engaging with international clients and proficient English skills (B2 level)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically, valid driver's license required
