Senior Project Manager for Renewable Energy Projects

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our renewable energy projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary
  • Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve project goals
  • Perform site visits and travel as required to support project delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in utility-scale PV or wind power projects
  • Experience in IPP and EPC tender preparation
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and project management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
