VIVERE GmbH, established in 2018, is revolutionizing the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. By harnessing the power of AI within our platform model, we are crafting the next generation of products and brands. Our comprehensive approach integrates research and development, marketing, design, production, supply chain, distribution, and technology. To date, we have successfully introduced 10 brands and 150 products across Home & Garden, Beauty & Wellness, and Pet Care categories. Our sales channels include Amazon, direct-to-consumer, and retail. Our dedicated team of 60 experts in consumer goods operates from Hamburg, where our production facility is also located. VIVERE is emerging as a significant player in the FMCG landscape across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.
Are you prepared to contribute to the future of VIVERE and ensure adherence to regulatory standards in our markets? We are seeking a Mandatory Regulatory Affairs Intern (f/m/x) to join our dynamic international team in Hamburg.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing regulatory submissions for new products in compliance with EU REACH/BPR/Cosmetic regulations.
- Research regulatory requirements for various markets.
- Draft and review Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Product Information Files (PIF), and product labeling for both EU and US markets.
- Support the upkeep of regulatory files and documentation.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and product information to ensure compliance.
- Help prepare responses to regulatory inquiries.
- Ensure regulatory standards are met by collaborating with other departments.
- Mandatory internship for Bachelor's or Master's students in Regulatory Affairs, Toxicology, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
- Understanding of REACH, cosmetics, and BPR regulations is preferred.
- Experience in preparing SDS and other safety and compliance documentation is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Self-driven and enthusiastic about the regulatory field.
- Excellent team player who also thrives in independent work.
- Must possess a valid work permit for Germany and be currently enrolled in a German institution.
