The company's team consists of 60 consumer goods experts and is based in Hamburg, where its production facility is also located. VIVERE GmbH is becoming a key player in FMCG in Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist or Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic international team in Hamburg. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in various markets.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions for new products in accordance with EU REACH/BPR/Cosmetic regulations.
- Investigate regulatory requirements for various markets.
- Prepare and review Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Product Information Files (PIF), and product labeling for EU and US markets.
- Support the maintenance of regulatory files and documentation.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and product information for compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of responses to regulatory inquiries.
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met by liaising with other departments.
- Mandatory internship or working student job for Bachelor's or Master's students in Regulatory Affairs, Toxicology, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or any related field.
- Knowledge or theoretical understanding of REACH, cosmetics, and BPR.
- Experience in the preparation of SDS and other safety and compliance topics is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus.
- Self-motivated and passionate about the regulatory field.
- Very good team player who also enjoys working independently.
- You have a valid work permit for Germany and are currently studying in Germany.
